Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oshawa held it's Official Grand Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, September 27, 2006. Mayor John Gray was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony. MPP of Oshawa, Jerry Ouelette and Darla Price from the Whitby Chamber of Commerce were also in attendance. Both presented Executive Director Mark Shuwera with a placque of congratualions.
